Service Conditions
All work performed at customer's location-driveway, parking lot, or workplace
Customer must provide a safe, flat, accessible work area
Vehicle must be accessible and not in a flooded or hazardous area
Work suspended during lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions
Rescheduled at no charge due to weather
Warranty
Labor warranty: 90 days on all labor performed
Parts warranty: Backed by manufacturer (typically 1-2 years)
Warranty void if vehicle is serviced by another party after our repair
Warranty covers same repair only- not unrelated issues

Do I need to be present during the repair?
We recommend it, but it’s not always required. Someone should be available at the start to confirm the work and sign off on the service agreement.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and digital payments. Payment is collected at the time of service.
What areas do you serve?

How long will the repair take?
It depends on the service. Most maintenance jobs take 1–2 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate before we begin.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
Safety first. We’ll reschedule at no charge if conditions aren’t safe to work in.
Do you carry parts or do I need to get them?
We source and bring the parts needed for your repair. You don’t have to do anything.
Is my vehicle covered if something goes wrong?
Yes. All labor carries a 90-day warranty and parts are backed by the manufacturer, typically 1–2 years.
